The 2022 NKW Campaign Toolkit provides information you need to create awareness of Kinesiology and perform community outreach activities in November.
The Toolkit is updated one month prior to National Kinesiology Week to allow enough time for Kinesiologists to organise events and their promotional campaigns. The Toolkit is available in English and in French.
This year, the theme is change from COVID to Chronic Disease Management, promoting the Kinesiology Guidelines to maintaining optimal health. The Guidelines focus on six fields of practice where the expertise of Kinesiologists can help: cardiorespiratory health, cognitive capacities including mental health, ergonomics, functional abilities, weight gain and obesity, and safe return to sport.
